Yes. A paid parking facility is available at Fortune Mall, with wheelchair-accessible access throughout the venue. The Buty House holds no liability for vehicles or belongings within parking areas.

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a 100% booking advance and written confirmation from our team. Submitting an enquiry through the website or WhatsApp starts the conversation but does not itself confirm your date. Bookings are exclusive and non-transferable unless approved by management.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Advances are non-refundable. Full details are in our Terms of Booking.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.

Yes, a refundable security deposit of 30% of the booking amount is required to safeguard the property and its curated interiors. Any damage to the space, artworks, furniture, or fixtures is adjusted against this deposit, and the balance is refunded post-event after inspection.

The venue must be returned in its original condition. Any damages will be adjusted against the security deposit, and any further cost of restoration, cleaning, or repairs will be charged to the client. The host is responsible for the conduct of all attendees.

External catering and vendor arrangements are welcome but require prior approval from management. We also have preferred partners empanelled for seamless, hassle-free execution. The venue does not assume responsibility for third-party services.

All decor must be non-invasive and respectful of the architecture and finishes. Nailing, drilling, taping, or altering surfaces is not permitted without explicit approval, and all installations must be dismantled immediately after your event.
